Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully furnished and had all the amenities I needed. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The location was fantastic, being right in the bustling center of Hackney but tucked away on a quiet path. The dining options were diverse and well worth it, especially the proper English breakfast served at the cafe/pub/restaurant below. The facilities were great, adding to the overall wonderful experience.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, but the entrance through a dark alley may be off-putting to some. The service was friendly overall, with a welcoming atmosphere but a bit inflexible at times. The location was excellent, especially for exploring Hackney/Dalston, despite being just off Mare Street. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good drink choices but disappointing breakfast offerings. Overall, a decent option for a short stay.
The hotel is a cozy spot for a short stay, offering neat and clean rooms with a quiet atmosphere perfect for a good night's sleep. The downstairs pub adds a lively touch. Service is top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff eager to assist. The location is convenient, especially for exploring Hackney and Dalston, though some noise from neighboring activities may be a downside. Dining experience falls short with disappointing options. Overall, a decent choice if you need a place to stay for a night or two.
